Thank you for your interest in San Diego Legacy Basketball Club. We're excited to welcome you to our program!
To ensure a smooth on-boarding process, every athlete must complete the required registration forms before participating in practices, team activities, or tournaments.
Please complete both forms below to finalize your registration.
Step 1
Player Registration - Required for All Athletes
Complete the official San Diego Legacy Basketball Club Player Registration Form to provide your family's contact information, player details, emergency contacts, and required program information.
This form must be completed before an athlete can be added to the roster for practices, leagues, tournaments, or team communications.
Review the Participation Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement
You will be asked to acknowledge this agreement as part of the registration process.
Step 2
Uniform Request - Required for All Athletes
Submit your uniform sizing and apparel information to ensure your athlete receives the correct jersey, shorts, and team gear.
Please double-check all sizes before submitting, as uniforms are custom-ordered specifically for each athlete.
